Our Training Program.
Our premier undergraduate finance curriculum delivers rigorous, uniquely hands-on preparation and unmatched career support for our members.
Our Philosophy
Our curriculum is structured to build a strong technical foundation in finance and investing, while also comprehensively preparing members for the real-world recruiting process. Members progress through weekly sessions, technical workshops, speaker events, behavioral training, and personalized mentorship, developing the analytical skills, confidence, and professionalism required to excel in both competitive interviews and high-performance environments.
The program spans the first two quarters of the academic year, followed by an intensive summer training series. Each stage builds deliberately upon the last: starting with financial fundamentals, advancing into more challenging analysis and second-order thinking, and culminating in summer casework and mock interviews. Along the way, members receive tailored resume feedback, structured recruiting check-ins, and ample opportunities to present pitches and participate in simulated superdays. This holistic, multi-stage bespoke approach ensures members are fully equipped to thrive in elite financial institutions.
