2025 J.P. Morgan SF M&A Case Competition
Bruin Value Investing is excited to partner with the M&A group in J.P. Morgan's San Francisco Office to host an investment banking case competition for undergraduate sophomores at UCLA, USC, and Claremont McKenna.Case Competition Details
Undergraduate sophomores (class of 2028) interested in pursuing careers in investment banking will have the opportunity to create realistic investment banking deliverables and gain hands-on experience in an M&A context. Teams of up to 4 members will evaluate a potential sell-side software M&A transaction out of 3 public companies and showcase their findings through a presentation deck that outlines the transaction.
Prospective students are invited to join a virtual information session on Monday, November 3, at 7pm PT, to learn more about the case competition guidelines, investment banking and M&A, and J.P. Morgan’s San Francisco office. Following the presentation and Q&A session, attendees will be able to engage directly with investment bankers from J.P. Morgan to hear more about their experiences in technology and healthcare M&A.
