Please include (1) an updated resume and (2) a PDF including your answer to why would you like to join BVI? (200 words max), what is something you’re passionate about? (100 words max), and for freshman a stock investment idea based on a company listed on the US stock exchange (all answers totaling one page)

Application Supplemental Information
We understand that many of our applicants do not have experience in investing and might find the stock investment idea challenging. To provide some resources, you may find investopedia helpful in understanding basic finance terminology.
Additionally, there are many ways to find a good stock, including news sources such as Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance etc., stock screeners such as finviz, or simply by observing strong companies around you in your daily lives. The strongest stock ideas include a thesis addressing how the company you are selecting is undervalued at its current price level. Demonstrating knowledge in valuation techniques and financial metrics/ratios can also distinguish yourself from other candidates. As we are a value-investing driven organization, we do not use technical analysis, and would prefer fundamental analysis.
